1866 - Italian Kingdom DLR: 15c cancelled "REPUBBLICA DI S. MARINO *10...66" in blue. Extremely rare use of the blue double circle handstamp on the 15c DLR: this postmark has been introduced the 1st May 1865 further to the Italian-San Marino postal agreement, the stamp's usage was essentially ceased from the change of the Italian tariff for the 1st rate of covers to inwards, which was introduced in January of the same year.
